The Hyper MicroSystems, Inc. Warranty Policy is 90 days limited parts and labor from the date of the original purchase.

Hyper MicroSystems, Inc. reserves the right to refuse a repair that we believe is beyond a reasonable request/customer abuse or that does not fall within our Warranty Guidelines.

We retain the right to refuse packages that are returned without an RMA Approval through opening a Warranty Repair Request.

Customers will be responsible for the return shipping charges in the case where a TV/electronic device was shipped to us without prior RMA authorization.
